Lee Joo-heon (Hangul: 이주헌) is commonly known as Jooheon (Hangul: 주헌; Hanja: 周 宪 Zhou xian) is a South Korean rapper, composer, producer and choreographer, Monsta X created and managed by Starship Entertainment.

Jooheon was born on October 6, 1994 (24 years old) in Seoul, Korea. His birth name was Lee Ho-joon (이호준), in junior high school, he changed his name to Lee Ji-hwan (이지환) and later changed to Lee Joo-heon. He was a trainee of LOEN Entertainment. He is fluent in Korean and English. He is best friend of Jackson (GOT7), both appeared in Flower Boy Bromance in 2016.

Jooheon joined the Starship Entertainment's NuBoyz band with fellow member Wonho, Shownu, and fellow trainee, #Gun in August 2014. The group posted several mixtapes on the company's Youtube channel and performed at A Starship X concert in December 2014. The group then disbanded and all members of the group subsequently participated in the No.Mercy survival program.

After winning No.Mercy, Jooheon was announced as one of the seven members of Monsta X. He debuted with the band on May 14, 2015 on his first mini-album "Trespass". He took on the role of rap and dance in the group.

Jooheon auditioned for the fourth season of Mnet's Show Me the Money contest in the summer of 2015. He was eliminated in the third round of a 1-match. He was later given a second chance but lost. ex member 1PUNCH, ONE and was eliminated again
